"I joined S3 to kickstart my health and fitness goals after being dormant for some time due to the Covid Pandemic. Since joining, I have become much stronger, feeling much healthier and have more energy. Aiden is aware of my injuries and provides step-by-step instructions and alternative exercises so I can put maximum effort into my training program. This together with Aidens wife, Kaitlyn who provides meal plans and nutritional advice is like a one stop shop. It's great to have so much experience and people who really cares about their clients."
