How it works

From application
to program in 48 hours

No discovery calls. No upselling. Fill in your intake form and we'll have a first program in your hands within two days.

Apply

Complete the intake form — goals, training history, schedule, health. Takes about 10 minutes and tells us everything we need.

We review

Your coach reads every field. We'll reach out if we have questions before building anything.

Program delivery

Your first block lands within 48 hours — exercise selection, sets, reps, cues, and the rationale behind each decision.

Ongoing refinement

Weekly check-ins, video review, and program adjustments. The longer we work together, the sharper the programming gets.

About S3

Being the coach he never had

Aiden Thomas is a trampoline gymnast of over 20 years and a member of the 2018–2021 Australian National Team, where he was part of the squad tasked with qualifying a position for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

Like many elite youth athletes, Aiden discovered strength and conditioning late — after years of overuse injuries, sprains, and strains that proper S&C could have prevented. That experience drives everything at S3. He coaches with the specific goal of being the coach he wishes he'd had as a junior: one who builds athletes from the ground up, prioritises longevity, and gives every athlete the tools to perform at their best for as long as possible.

That philosophy extends to all S3 athletes — junior or adult, competitive or recreational. If you're serious about your training, you deserve a program built with the same rigour applied to elite sport.
