What is it?
Our LTAD program has been designed around our 5 pillars of performance to provide the junior athletes of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie with the very best support, opportunity and education to thrive not only as an athlete, but, also as a young adult.
Who is it for?
LTAD is for junior athletes of any sport, male or female, between 13-21 years.
What is involved?

Complimentary 60 minute movement screening and testing session

Individualised programming based on your screening/testing results, your goals and the demands of your chosen sport

Access to 2 specific LTAD sessions/week

Programming, planning and monitoring of overall health and wellness through our BridgeTracker app

2 complimentary 30 minute consults with nutritionist, Kaitlyn Thomas

Priority treatment with our partners at Broadmeadow Physiotherapy

Athlete Assistance of up to $200/calendar year to assist with registrations, travel and tour costs
