MEET THE TEAM
AIDEN THOMAS
Performance Coach
Aiden founded S³ in 2014 out of a passion for holistic personal development and strives to educate and connect members with health professionals who are of a similar mindset.
As a trampoline gymnast of over 20 years, and a member of the 2018-2021 Australian Team tasked with the job of qualifying a position for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Aiden has had many opportunities to employ his skill set and learn from the competition arena.
Unfortunately, Aiden found strength and conditioning late in his competitive career, dealing with numerous overuse injuries, sprains and strains that could have been prevented as a youth athlete. Aiden now endeavours to be the coach he wishes he had as a junior athlete, educating and empowering the next generation of athletes on the importance of S&C in performance, injury prevention and the longevity of an athletic career.
Aiden brings a wealth of knowledge from years of elite sport and training and has recently gone back to study to expand his knowledge even further.
KAITLYN THOMAS
Nutrition Coach
Kaitlyn believes in a holistic approach to nutrition, and strives to educate members about living a healthy lifestyle free of fads and restrictive diets.
Kaitlyn was also a trampoline gymnast, representing QLD, NSW and Australia many times over the span of her 15 year career. Throughout her career Kaitlyn was intrigued by the extensive and important role nutrition played in her training and recovery.
This fascination soon became a passion and led Kaitlyn to complete her Bachelor of Nutrition toward the back end of her competitive career. Kaitlyn's thirst for knowledge has led her back to CSU, now studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science with plans to complete her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
Kaitlyn brings an extensive range of knowledge to the S³ team.
