Designed with the junior athlete (13-18 years) in mind. Laying the foundations correctly and early on are crucial for longevity in sport. Athletes are exposed to mobility drills to improve injury prevention, resistance training to improve speed, stability and strength, conditioning to improve performance and skill based drills to improve motor control and spacial awareness

Combining strongman style lifts, carries, pushes and pulls in a high intensity interval training setting to give you bang for your buck when it comes to fat burning, lean muscle development and cardiovascular endurance
