SESSIONS

Long-Term Athlete Development sessions are designed with the youth athlete (13-21 years) in mind. Laying the foundations correctly and early on are crucial for longevity in sport. Athletes are exposed to mobility drills to improve injury prevention, resistance training to improve speed, stability and strength, conditioning to improve performance and skill based drills to improve motor control and spacial awareness

squat, hinge, push, press and pull.
Combine these with accessory movements and drills to develop a strong, lean and functional body

GYMNASTICS

Whether you want to master your first handstand, somersault, muscle up or just the basics like dips and chin ups, our gymnastics session has got you covered

Learn the techniques to clean, jerk and snatch safely whilst developing lean muscle, torching body fat and improving your speed and power
