  • 2016 Opal Bowl Finalist (North Western Phoenix).

  • Achieving personal bests in deadlifts, chest press and learning squatting patterns.

 

What do you love most about training at S3?

The program adapts around what you need and what works best for you. It is always a learning experience and a really positive environment. My game performance has improved drastically during the time I have worked with S3.

Fun Fact: I am currently studying 3 languages.

 

Name: Anthony Smith

Sport:

Triathlon

Goals:

Lose weight, get faster and improve mobility

Idol / Role Model:

My daughter for her dedication to achieving her goals.

Achievements:

  • Completed 6 half ironmans (1.9km swim | 90km ride | 21.1km run)

  • Completed 2 ironmans (3.8km swim | 180km ride | 42.2km run)

 

What do you love most about training at S3?

Aidens knowledge, particularly around mobility and ability to tailor a program to my goals and lifestyle.

Fun Fact:

There are 8 bicycles in my house. And I'm currently looking to buy another one!

What do you love most about training at S3?

Keeps me accountable for my own training. Keeps pushing me to hit personal bests! I love training at S3 for the wide variety of training and depth of knowledge.

Fun Fact:

Snatch (olympic lifts) are my favourite!

What do you love most about training at S3?

I don't only have a personal trainer when I am in a lesson but also at home. I can take my trainer almost anywhere through the use of technology and plans. I love the fact that the plans are tailored to me and my goals.

Fun Fact:

I began skating when I was 5 years old!

 

Name: Sam Berry

Sport: Ice Hockey

Goals:

Gain strength, flexibility, lose weight and all round better well being

Idol / Role Model:

Pavel Datsyuk

Achievements:

  • Represented Australia in Canada and USA as part of the Aussie Heat (Emergency Services Team) and Aussie Jackaroos (invitational team)

  • Selected to represent the Aussie Heat again in August 2017, at the World Police and Fire Games in Los Angeles (the 3rd largest organised sporting event in the world)

 

What do you love most about training at S3?

Friendliness of the trainers and coach. Knowledge of movements required in my targeted sport and willingness to achieve results. All in all a great business to be associated with.

Fun Fact:

I was the youngest Rural Fire Service Captain on the East Coast of Australia at the age of 23

I love being pushed out of my comfort zone and the variety of workouts makes each session enjoyable.

Lifting heavy weights with my friends

My first CHS gold medal came from a routine that only contained one somersault in it

What do you love most about training at S3?

What I love most about S3 Performance is the friendships and amazing support between everyone. I also love that each gym session I am pushed to achieve my personal best each time.
